As a Campus Compact Campus Champion, you are the connective tissue between your institution and a national network of changemakers, yet the role often comes without a roadmap or a community of peers who understand it. This session is designed specifically for you.

Grounded in the concept of the tempered radical—someone who challenges the status quo from within, through relationships and persistence—you'll learn to map the people and relationships that drive institutional decisions, build a coalition of the willing around a challenge you're already facing, and craft a pitch to move someone from the sidelines to your side. You'll leave with a clearer sense of who you are in this work and a network of Campus Champions who are navigating it alongside you.
