Campus Compact is pleased to provide a  Campus Action Planning for Civic and Community Engagement (CAP) Call-to-Action symposium designed to support the early phases of the CAP development process for a half-day, followed by an interactive Campus Champion Meet-Up developed to build community, socialize future Compact member supports, and cultivate the Champion identity, ending with a gathering reception.

Event Overview

9:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Join Campus Compact for a half-day event that will introduce concepts and guide attendees through the early phases of the Campus Action Planning development process.

Staying for the reception? Use the afternoon to co-work on site, connect with colleagues, or explore exhibits at The Magnes Collections.

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Designated Campus Champions from Campus Compact member institutions are invited to participate in this interactive meet-up to connect with Campus Compact staff, network with peers in the community, and learn more about what it is to be a Campus Champion.

5:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Attendees of both the Campus Action Planning Symposium and the Campus Champion Meet-up are invited to keep the conversations going and connect over light bites and refreshments.

This is a great opportunity to connect with peers and build your network of community-engaged practitioners, faculty, administrators, and more!
