Campus Compact will cover your hotel room at the Aloft Boston Seaport District for the evenings of October 5 & 6. All rooms are double occupancy. When you register, we'll ask for your preference on gender for your roommate. There is an option to ask for a single room—however, you'll need to cover the extra $140 expense per night for a single room.
If you need an additional night (for either October 4 or October 7), please let us know during the registration process. We will request the room on your behalf—however, the additional expense is your responsibility.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. They can also with hold your luggage on departure day if you would rather not transport it to the event venue. If you need to keep your bag with you, we will have storage areas available at the venue.

During the registration process, you'll be able to let us know about any dietary restrictions. Please note that we're unable to offer Kosher or Halal meals.
Transportation
Getting to Boston
All students are responsible for coordinating any transportation needed to get to Boston for the conference.
Getting to and from Logan airport
Aloft Boston Seaport District is located 3 miles from the airport, making it a quick drive via Uber or Lyft. Alternatively, you can also take the T (part of the MBTA system) from the airport to the World Trade Center stop on the Sliver Line, located .5 mile (about a 10-minute walk) from the hotel.
Getting to and from hotel, EMKI and JFK Museum
Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel, the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the U.S. Senate and the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum.
