This session will present the findings of a survey administered to Campus Compact institutions in fall 2023 to map how community partners are incorporated into leadership positions on our campuses and how they are compensated and recognized for their contributions to teaching and learning, research, and co-curricular initiatives. Following the presentation of survey results, we will engage in a discussion with session attendees to collectively begin to formulate best practices. Presenters are members of the TRUCEN Sustained Conversation Group on Cultivating Community Voice.
