Engaged Arts and Humanities (EAH) Graduate Student Scholars, together with the EAH program facilitator, will guide participants through practices that support how these students engage with issues of power, position, and process in the development of equity-oriented partnerships in k12 contexts. EAH Scholars will share vignettes of their reflective practice and how their praxis-based methods supported them in mediating their own project goals with aims for shared leadership with community partners. Participants will a) engage with dilemmas the Scholars faced, b) apply reflective questions the Scholars used to their own work, and c) brainstorm additional questions that will support their own internal work for creating equity-oriented zones of collaboration that both honor and interrogate their lived experience and disciplinary expertise.
