About this Showcase
Visit the City of Durham, NC in the heart of the Research Triangle and join Duke University leaders and community experts to explore strategic planning in an ever-changing landscape. Through engaging presentations, panel discussions, and interactive sessions, participants will examine how institutions can advance community-engaged scholarship, foster economic mobility, strengthen their roles as anchors, and promote community health and well-being.
Highlighting Duke's Strategic Community Impact Plan and featuring campus and community partners, the showcase will highlight innovation, evidence-based practices, and emerging opportunities to create meaningful impact both within and beyond the university. Attendees also will experience Durham's unique assets, culture, and collaborative spirit.
Whether you are shaping institutional strategy, advancing research, or building community partnerships, this meeting offers teams a valuable forum for learning, connection, and inspiration.
