About this event
During this one hour peer-to-peer coaching session, TRUCEN members will actively workshop a challenge or issue they are working on. Through a peer coaching design framework each attendee will unpack their challenge with other TRUCEN colleagues and walk away with insights, ideas, tools, and even potential solutions.
Your challenge or issue may fall into any of these categories:
- Infrastructure: staffing, navigating internal structures, etc.
- Community partnerships and collaborations
- Student-facing programming and development
- Faculty and curricular development
- Election and democratic engagement
- Free speech and civil dialogue
- Community engaged research
- Data collection and assessment
- Or something else (all challenges, issues, and areas where you need support are welcome)
TRUCEN annual meeting attendees have enjoyed peer coaching in person sessions and the Leadership Team is excited to bring this opportunity to a virtual platform. We are open to rolling out additional sessions depending on the response to this first one. All conversations and exchanges that occur during peer coaching sessions should remain confidential.
Who should attend?
This event is only open to faculty, staff, and administrators at active TRUCEN affinity group institutions
