Speaker Bio
I have led several strong programs in higher education (namely grants and outreach, student leadership offices, recruitment, and academic programs) with incredible results and powerful programming that I scaled and strengthened with data, research, strong relationships, and purposeful goal setting. I've had the chance to publish research, present outcomes at conferences, and grow internal and external partnerships.

However, in my role as a ESG and Social Impact manager I was able to excel in research, program management, data visualization and analytics, and relationship management. I had the chance to build a new carbon footprint data collection program with a new and active sustainability program. I also led out on several employee engagement programs like Sorenson's first automated preferred name system, help construct our HR and ESG/Social Impact power bi dashboard, a relationship program called Cafe Connect that 100% of employees would recommend to another employee and increased trust in senior leadership by 95%, a successful iteration of data storytelling among employees to show company impact, a strong and vibrant earned wage access program with ties to larger financial wellness initiatives, and lastly, I was able to scale and improve the impact of our ERG in a way that showed how company ERGs can be revenue generating opportunities for their organizations with successful partnerships and involvement with the enterprise and product process.
