Living Room Conversations (LRC) connects people within communities and across differences using a unique conversational model that makes it easy for anyone to create a safe and welcoming environment where people can respectfully discuss important issues.

Over 90 minutes, get introduced to the LRC model and learn how it contributes to civic education, social cohesion, and student leadership development. The session will explore case studies and best practices of how LRC is being used in diverse campus settings. You’ll hear from faculty and staff who have implemented LRC into curricula, campus conversations, research, and intergenerational conversations with the broader community.

Who should attend?

This event is free and open to members and non-members. Whatever your position on campus, you will find ways to apply the content presented and are encouraged to attend.
