Colton C. Strawser is a research fellow in the Mulvaney Center for Community, Awareness, and Social Action at the University of San Diego where he is also a student in the Ph.D. in Leadership Studies program. His research interests include community engagement within higher education, the community leadership roles of community foundations, and effective pedagogy within the disciplines of nonprofit management and philanthropic studies. His mission is to empower organizations to create change through his teaching, scholarship, and engagement.
