Matthew Bell is a senior studying U.S. politics and government with a Spanish minor at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA. Matthew has been the Voter Engagement Specialist at the Center for Intercultural and Civic Engagement since August 2017. As a result of his work in voter registration and civic engagement, Matthew was recognized as the University of Puget Sound’s first Newman Civic Fellow in March 2018 and attended the 2018 Newman Civic Fellows National Conference in Boston, MA. Matthew has worked on multiple political campaigns and interned for Congressman Joe Neguse (CO-02) in Fort Collins, CO this past summer.
