What if we came together to talk about ideas without trying to convince one another about a position? What if we set agendas aside and had opportunities to hear about the experiences of others without the pressure of making a decision at the end of the conversation? This session highlights the Oregon Humanities Conversation Project which aims to do just that and how we have been experimenting with those conversations on higher education campuses. Join us in having a conversation about higher education and hear how we’ve been using this model on campuses around Oregon.
