Mark Pagano is Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Immediate-past Chancellor at the University of Washington Tacoma. While serving as Chancellor, he led the campus through, “Charting our Course”, the campuses’ 2016-2021 Strategic Pan. In 2023-24, he served as a faculty lead on the UW’s Tri-campus Leadership for Community Engagement Initiative which led to some of the strategic planning strategies discussed in this workshop.
