This session builds on last year's presentation about regional coalition building, highlighting how Service-Learning Intercollegiate Collaborative (SLIC) Georgia and SLIC San Antonio collaborate to advance campus and community engagement through shared purpose and structure. While each coalition operates within its own regional context, both use the GivePulse civic engagement platform to coordinate efforts, measure impact, and foster collaboration among member campuses. Presenters will explore how each SLIC has cultivated collective leadership, navigated institutional differences, and built ecosystems of engagement that center community needs. Participants will gain insights into how coalitions can balance shared vision with local autonomy and will leave with strategies for developing, sustaining, and leveraging multi-institutional networks to amplify civic engagement and hope through unified action.
