Dr. Mfon Nwabuoku is a transformational Leader, helping teams create holistic learning experiences that inculcate restorative and inclusive practices, embrace diversity and foster the growth and development of all stakeholders.She is the Associate Director for Residence Life and Student Conduct at Grinnell College. In her current role she helps facilitate the creation of an on-campus experience that focuses on the holistic success of every student while upholding values that include equity, diversity and inclusion. In her pursuit of student success, Dr. Nwabuoku has become a strong advocate for incorporating restorative/ transformative justice practices into her school’s conduct process as well as community building strategies. She
facilitates a residential staff leadership training program, has experience teaching a First Year Experience course and  is actively involved in creating and implementing the college’s first divisional residential curriculum. Dr. Nwabuoku is an author with publications including articles and a book.
