Nimesh works as a Senior Fellow at Swarthmore College, focusing on social innovation and systems thinking. For 3.5 years prior, from 2016-2019, Nimesh worked at Ashoka U, the university-focused startup within the social entrepreneurship pioneer Ashoka, working with over 45 colleges and universities in ten countries, including the United States, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Japan, Mexico, Canada, Colombia, and Australia.
Nimesh has been a part of the British Council’s Global Changemakers network and the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Next Generation. Nimesh has consulted for, among others, an Oxfam Novib and IKEA Foundation-funded project called Empower Youth for Work (helping set up rural hubs in Bangladesh and Pakistan), and a European Commission-funded project called BRiCE.
Nimesh studied economics at Swarthmore College and is currently pursuing graduate degree at the University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School.
