Leann Moore, a native Delawarean, is an alumnus of the University of Delaware. With a Bachelor's in English and Psychology and a Master's in Public Administration, she has worked in the Delaware House of Representatives, at the Institute for Public Administration and started a community-based organization, The Newark Partnership. A dog lover (5 dogs!), she reads 70 books a year and is energized by undergraduate students.
