Joy Fulkerson is the director of leadership and civic engagement at East Tennessee State University. In this role, she provides leadership for community service, civic learning and democratic engagement efforts through a variety of programs and initiatives. These include Alternative Breaks, the Brenda White Wright Emerging Leaders Academy, the Diversity Educators Program, ETSU Votes, Volunteer ETSU, and the Public Service Corps Scholarship Program.
