Manda earned a BA in Developmental Psychology from Rollins College. Manda went on to engage in national and international youth-centered positions, including serving as a CityYear AmeriCorps team leader and in the Peace Corps Youth & Families sector. She completed a Master's in Higher Education from the University of Denver following her interest in exploring further the role higher education has in community development and social change. As an educator, she is committed to leveraging all voices and flattening power structures through shared visions with students and community members. Manda thrives by connecting with people, expanding her perspective, and developing teams. It is through this passion that she has been working at the University of Florida confounding an intergroup dialogue and a community organizing program, as well as developing students through Leadership for Social Change.
