In this session, we will describe the process and results of a community engagement project that brought together two courses to collectively investigate the needs of the West side of a mid-sized city in New England. After the investigation, the students provided information to aid the community in the future design of the center. Presenters will discuss both the successes and the challenges of working collaboratively on a community-based project in two different courses in two different departments with students at different experience levels.
