From the moment I chose to attend Fairmont State University, I knew my commitment to civic engagement would grow and thrive. What started as small involvement quickly grew, driven by my belief in proactive leadership and collaborative problem-solving. Through my work in Student Government, I've focused on addressing student concerns by encouraging open dialogue and launching initiatives that directly enhance campus life. I’ve led focus groups with diverse perspectives, participated in local legislative events, and advocated for our campus at the state level. I believe that listening and adapting are essential for innovation that benefits not just students and leaders, but also the community.

With my different roles and participation in various activities, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with my peers, faculty, and local leaders. I utilize this collaboration to bridge gaps and ensure that all voices are heard, leading to effective solutions. I approach challenges with a growth mindset by prioritizing data-driven decisions and strategic planning.
