The University of Northern Iowa (UNI) and the Volunteer Center of Cedar Valley (VCCV) have been active partners for 15 years. This session will outline this innovative partnership and how we work Better Together to impact our local community. Attendees will learn about how this innovative partnership was started and how we have continued to maintain and grow our work together. Attendees will also learn about ways to identify paths for partnerships in their communities and the importance of compensating community partners.
