Ms. Ávila s responsible for developing, leading, managing, and overseeing a broad range of activities focused on supporting the organization’s civic engagement agenda that includes naturalization, voter education, engagement, and protection, and other civic engagement and leadership efforts in the Latino community. Ávila served as Regional Program Manager-Southern California Lead for the California Complete Count Census 2020 Office, where she managed outreach and education efforts to ensure all Californians were accounted for in the census.
