This session introduces three comparative approaches to fostering faculty development. Each approach is rooted in questions of identity, values, and purpose. This interactive session invites participants to reflect, engage in dialogue, and identify ways to further faculty civic development in their own context.

  • Describe three models to engage faculty in civic identity and purpose clarification
  • Connect how faculty and student reflective paradigms can be better aligned around these core issues
  • Identify ways to adapt these ideas to your own contexts
