The ability to bridge across differences starts with doing our own work. In support of Campus Compact’s bridging efforts, we are continuing to offer the Intercultural Development Learning Community for community engagement professionals and practitioners. Starting with the Intercultural Development Inventory and working our way through a series of modules, we will work together to unlearn previous ways of engagement that may not serve us in a time of increasing diversity, reframe how we approach intercultural communication as community engagement professionals/practitioners, and learn together how to best move forward in our work.
