The Sustained Dialogue Campus Network has spent the last 20 years helping colleges build dialogue programs to address identity based conflicts and improve campus culture. This session will introduce participants to the Sustained Dialogue model and provide opportunities to practice applying the model to a conflict on their campus or in their community.
