Jennifer M. Pigza, PhD, has been a community engagement professional for 25+ years. She is a published author in the areas of community engagement, CBR, liberatory design, women and leadership development, and social justice pedagogy. In addition to her work in CE, Jennifer also teaches in the departments of leadership, communication, and Saint Mary's Collegiate Seminar program and is the founding director of the Lasallian Institute for DEIB. She currently serves on the editorial board of the Michigan Journal of Community Service Learning and the national leadership team of ACCU's Community Engagement Scholarly Practitioner Network.
