Joanna Line is the Community-Based Learning Graduate Assistant for the Center for Community and Civic Engagement at Bowling Green State University. She is also a PhD student in the American Culture Studies program with a concentration in Ethnicity, Gender, and Social Identities. Joanna is actively involved in fostering collaborative partnerships through dialogue and civic engagement to promote positive social change. She initiated a Community Dialogue Series, which is currently in its second year, and is actively involved in supporting faculty with community-based learning courses and community-based research. Her primary research interests include leadership education, feminist pedagogy, and sport for social justice.
