The closing session of Compact20 is a fireside chat in which Erin Okuno, creator of Fakequity, and Marisol Morales, Campus Compact’s Vice President for Network Leadership, sit down to talk about racial equity and its nemesis, fakequity. Okuno and Morales will reflect on equity’s siblings and cousins: diversity, inclusion, culture, community engagement, and accountability. Their discussion will include strategies we can all use to develop the agency and responsibility to respond to intersectional injustices. Audience members will have the opportunity to pull up a chair by the fire and join the conversation.
