Approximately half of all degree-seeking students pursuing post-secondary education are adult learners making it imperative that colleges and universities understand and are responsive to the needs of this population. In this session, we will discuss how the implementation of a leadership development organization offers a unique engagement opportunity for adult learners. Participants will also share innovative strategies used on their campuses to engage this population in co-curricular experiences that contribute to the development of leadership skills and attributes.
