Kiersten Schilk is a student double-majoring in Biochemistry and Law and Society at Oberlin College and Conservatory. She is an advocate for the Play Gap Organization, which aims to expand awareness, accessibility, and support for women’s sports opportunities. Her Transformative Justice project in high school focused on youth incarceration in Philadelphia, which sparked an interest in advocating for underserved and underrepresented groups. She plans to attend medical school to become an Orthopedic Surgeon and will continue her advocacy work throughout her life.
