Higher education leaders are navigating profound demographic change. High school graduates are projected to decline over the next decade, putting pressure on enrollment models built around traditional age students. At the same time, the United States is more age diverse than ever before, with five generations learning and working side by side and more than 10,000 Americans turning 65 each day.

What would it mean to design campuses that engage people across a lifetime and bring generations together in ways that deepen impact and strengthen institutional sustainability? Join CoGenerate, the nation’s leading nonprofit bridging generational divides, for a curated conversation for presidents, campus executives, and community leaders exploring multigenerational strategies as a pathway to growth. We will highlight emerging models that expand access, activate underutilized campus assets, build new forms of social capital, and open additional pathways to economic mobility. Together, we will examine how intentional collaboration across generations can become a durable institutional advantage in an age-diverse America. We look forward to welcoming you for breakfast and dialogue.

Space is limited, and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please plan to arrive early to guarantee a place.
