How can institutions capture the full story of their civic and community engagement? This interactive workshop explores the process of using data [tracked in GivePulse] to conceptualize, design, and implement an institutional impact report. Participants will examine strategies to move beyond raw numbers and create meaningful narratives that highlight reciprocal partnerships, equity-centered outcomes, and community impact. Together, we will explore the stages of impact reporting: conceptualization, data collection and analysis, and stakeholder-focused results. Attendees will engage in hands-on activities to map potential data sources and draft frameworks for their own reports. Participants will leave with practical tools to better align institutional goals with community needs and demonstrate the value of engagement with clarity, compassion, and action.
