Using the annual Tar Heel Bus Tour at UNC as an example, participants will discuss ways of using immersive faculty experiences as a way to showcase exemplary campus-community projects; learn about the geography, history and cultures of the area; increase awareness of engaged institutional efforts; and identify opportunities for their own work.
