Institutions often struggle to coordinate and align overlapping community and civic engagement, service-learning, and student development initiatives. The Integrated Model for Partnership, Action, and Community/Civic Transformation (IMPACT) offers a universal framework currently in development at a large, public, research-intensive, land-grant institution seeking to unify these efforts and translate them into equitable action. This session introduces IMPACT as a practical tool for aligning diverse engagement strategies across academic and co-curricular domains. Designed to support planning, implementation, and assessment, the matrix provides a shared language and structure for mutually beneficial collaboration among University and community stakeholders. Participants will explore how the adaptable and scalable IMPACT framework fosters strategic coherence, supports student development, and strengthens institutional commitment to community and civic engagement.
