This session offers a simple, adaptable approach for starting or deepening intergenerational conversation and collaboration on campus. Drawing on insights from CoGenerate’s national research and Big Ideas initiative, participants will hear tangible examples of how to deepen intergenerational connection in their own higher-ed community. The session is designed to equip participants with practical models and tools to spark dialogue, understand what younger and older leaders need for successful collaboration, and adapt cogenerational practices within campus programs and partnerships. Participants will leave with new language, facilitation tips, and tangible ideas for building authentic intergenerational relationships that strengthen belonging, build social capital, and spark innovation.
