For four decades, Volunteer ETSU has empowered students to lead through service - building leadership capacity while strengthening community impact. This roundtable invites participants into an energizing conversation about what sustains student-led service programs over time - and how service becomes the spark for lifelong leadership. After a brief look at Volunteer ETSU's 40-year journey, including milestones, structures, and lessons learned, participants will engage in collaborative dialogue to exchange strategies, celebrate successes, and tackle challenges. Together, we'll explore how to intentionally link volunteer experiences with leadership development and measurable community impact. Attendees will leave with practical ideas, peer-informed strategies, and inspiration to strengthen student leadership initiatives on their own campuses.
