Participants of the outgoing 2025 Mid-Career Learning Community cohort will come together with the incoming 2026 cohort for their closing and opening retreats. The incoming cohort will gather for program orientation, team building, planning group projects, and identifying common interests. Meanwhile, the outgoing cohort will revisit professional identity mapping exercises, present outcomes of their group projects, and make plans for sustaining their network. There will be several opportunities for the cohorts to come together to share insights and make connections. This session is by invitation only.
