Across the Sustained Dialogue Campus Network (SDCN), campuses are turning hope into action through intentional, institution-wide dialogue initiatives that transform relationships, strengthen belonging, and advance civic engagement. This 30-minute session features three promising models from California, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, illustrating how peer-led Sustained Dialogues, multi-level training, and leadership engagement can embed dialogue into the fabric of campus life. Through brief storytelling, reflection, and pair sharing, participants will explore strategies for scaling dialogue beyond classrooms and clubs into the broader institutional culture. Attendees will leave with practical insights for cultivating leadership buy-in, developing student dialogue pipelines, and aligning dialogue work with civic and community engagement goals to build campuses that serve as living ecosystems of democratic practice.
