This session highlights the development of Community Impact (CI) Hubs through the Office of Community Impact at the University of Kansas (KU). CI Hubs foster sustained academic-community partnerships addressing for systemic issues across Kansas. Participants will explore how CI Hubs, aligned with KU's strategic plan, support local coalitions through academic-community collaboratives. Objectives include sharing strategies for enhancing engagement infrastructure, coordinating community-engaged research initiatives, and facilitating community impact. CI Hubs offer a model for institutional support, coalition-based collaboration, and approaches to advance community-engaged scholarship. CI Hubs featured include Local Health Equity Action Teams (LHEATS) with COPE (Communities Organizing to Promote Equity) and ARISE, an NSF EPSCoR project, and the Youth Violence Prevention Center- Kansas City, a CDC-designated National Center of Excellence.
