Community-engaged scholars may find their scholarly production not counting towards their promotion and tenure. This Roundtable Session invites participants to learn from administrators and faculty at a public R2 that sucessfully changed P&T policy by-laws to recognize community-engaged scholarship and artistry. Participants will gain practical strategies to authentic CE institutionalization in their context.
