What stories impact who we are and guide the way we show up for our communities? In this interactive session, participants will explore how dialogue and storytelling can serve as civic tools for building compassion, connection, and action. Together, we'll practice dialogue methods that invite curiosity, honor lived experience, and create space for radical truth-telling. Dialogue centers lived experiences as a way of knowing, relating, and moving through the world in relation to others. Through guided reflection and small-group conversation, participants will consider how the stories we tell (about our work, our partnerships, and our communities) shape belonging and civic engagement. Participants will leave with practical dialogue tools to strengthen collaboration, foster unity, and translate shared understanding into meaningful action.
