Dr. J. Cody Nielsen is Assistant Professor of Higher Education Leadership at Western Michigan University and Executive Director of Convergence Strategies. A 15 year veteran of higher education, Dr. Nielsen specializes on the intersections of religious, secular, and spiritual identities and higher education through a lens of anti-racism and decolonialism. His work includes equity-based approaches to marginalized religious identities, the intersectional work between religion, race, gender, and sexuality, and the impact of white Christian supremacy.
