Ariza Nanji, a recent graduate from Swarthmore College, holds a degree in Peace and Conflict Studies and Economics. Her project is the Good Energy Collaborative, an organization focused on the green energy transition, providing community education on the connections between environmental justice issues and efforts to expand community-designed workforce development opportunities in Chester and Philadelphia. Ariza is also the Founder of Global Virtual School (WEF) - a virtual English language institution, growing it to educate thousands of students across Central and South Asia - and leverages 9+ years of experience in design thinking and project management. Ariza is passionate about the power of relationship-building to create systemic change.
