Dr. Leah Horton is the Associate Dean of the Norbert O. Schedler Honors College at the University of Central Arkansas. Dr. Horton is an active participant in global service-learning, having developed and led study abroad programs to Rwanda for over a decade. She has also participated in a COIL partnership with Mexico and is an advocate for expanding COIL offerings at UCA. Dr. Horton is a member of the UCA chapter of the Syrian Emergency Task Force and serves as the service chair for the Conway Morning Rotary Club.
