With over 25 years specializing in leading strategic programs, curriculum design, and professional development in learning communities and networks, Jeremy has been an implementer of innovative programs that are learner-centered. After an early career in Forensic Archaeology, he became an educator where he taught a wide range of subjects for grades 5-12. Jeremy's leadership journey started as a Director of Global Programs and Department Chair. He served as the founding Executive Director of the McCain-Ravenel Center at Episcopal High School, a role that centered on developing experiential education and workforce learning opportunities in the greater Washington D.C. region for grades 9-12. He has led educator professional development as a facilitator and coach with Leadership + Design and ISEEN, and continues to follow his curiosity in teaching and learning engaging in national education conversations at conferences and online. He also serves on the board of The Sycamore School and is an external reviewer for the Fulbright TEA/LGS and Mandela educator fellowships.
