As America becomes more age-diverse, higher education institutions face both challenges and opportunities to prepare students for success in multigenerational workplaces. This roundtable explores how campuses can leverage intergenerational collaboration (cogeneration) to expand career pathways, build economic mobility, and foster deeper community connections. Through facilitated discussion and case studies, participants will explore strategies for embedding cogeneration into mentorship models, lifelong learning initiatives, and campus culture. Attendees will leave with fresh insights and inspiration for creating collaborative spaces where students, older adults, and campus leaders can work together for shared economic success and community impact.
