Description

This presentation will discuss how higher education institutions are critical in developing and delivering innovative international collaborations. These collaborations integrate service-learning through multicultural interdisciplinary collaborative methodologies. The session will explore the tools and methods used by the University of Indianapolis, a key player in this field, to expand internationally through service-learning and interdisciplinary programs in Cyprus. These efforts are intentional and strategic and involve local partners. The presentation will advocate for a servant transformational approach to global leadership, which is essential in addressing today’s challenges and elevating student development. The presenters will share insights on how leadership approaches can be used to strengthen and sustain global service-learning programs. They will also share tools and resources through dialogue.
