Description

The higher education environment continues to evolve in new and often unpredictable ways, creating barriers to achieving goals that promote social, economic, civic, and belonging goals on campus and in our communities. Higher education leadership has, in fact, become change leadership. It is more important now than ever that leaders have the tools they need to confront and address the systemic barriers that are impeding progress. The Change Leadership Toolkit (CLT) provides leaders with a step-by-step, research-based guidebook based in an Ecosystem Model of Systemic Change Leadership that provides leaders with the resources they need to create an action-oriented plan that they can use to create more scalable and sustainable change. This session will engage participants in an interactive exploration of key contexts, levers and leader “moves” that they can use to create a change leadership plan.
