Amidst challenges in Higher Education, including understaffing and organizational silos, emerging initiatives are fostering hope through collaborative leadership and community building. The Sustained Dialogue Culture Shift Fellowship is one of those initiatives, reshaping campus culture by building strategic partnerships and facilitating dialogic events that promote inclusive engagements through a systemic lens. This session aims to extend these initiatives by engaging participants in an interactive assessment of key leadership attributes. Data on understaffing and organizational silos will be provided. The session will also highlight culture shift fellows from John Carroll University and The City College of New York, showcasing their achievements in advancing dialogue and offering actionable recommendations. Together, these initiatives empower leaders to drive sustainable change within academic communities.
